Special Assessment for 2007 Budget Deficit

The special assessment is now due! Please submit your payment if you haven't done so yet.

The series of snowstorms in December resulted in significant snow removal expense, which pushed the 2007 budget into a deficit of over $40,000. In order to make up the shortfall and insure that snow removal continues uninterrupted, the board approved a special assessment of $300 at its meeting on January 10, 2008. The assessment is due by March 15. Those with automatic direct debit already set up may click below to authorize the payment as an additional amount to your March dues.
