Rule Change - Political Signs

Previously, the rules provided that only a single for sale sign could be placed in the Enclave, and all other signs were prohibited without board approval. At the May board meeting, the Board approved the following change to the rules regarding the placement of political signs in the Enclave, in order to comply with recent state legislation regarding the placement of such signs:

One sign per ballot item is allowed, that is one sign per candidate, amendment, etc.,

Signs can be no larger than 24” by 36”,

Signs cannot be place in common areas or in areas that must be mowed (grassy areas) but in flower beds or rock areas, and

Signs cannot be put up more than 45 days prior to an election and must be taken down no later than 7 days after.
